38.Beef Garlic Chaffle Roll

Ingredients:

Beef mince: 1 cup

Black pepper: ¼ /as per your taste

Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Garlic powder: 1½ teaspoon

Parsley: for garnishing

Salt: ¼ teaspoon/as per your taste

Egg: 2

Water: 1/2 cup

Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup (shredded)

Butter: 2 tablespoons

Bay seasoning: ½ teaspoon

Cabbage: ½ cup

Preparation:

Add the minced beef and butter in a pan and heat for two minutes with water till tender. Add in the lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper, salt while cooking then set aside when done. Preheat and grease a waffle maker. Prepare a mix of mozzarella cheese with beaten eggs, garlic powder and bay seasoning. Mix evenly and spread the mixture on the base of the mini waffle maker evenly, then heat for 5 minutes to a crispy form. On removing the chaffles, place the beef mixture and cabbage in between and fold. Repeat the process for the remaining batter. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
